Every now and then you come across a service professional who is so awesome they restore your faith in what service should be like. Prestige is one of those. I lost my car's key fob and the dealership wanted to charge me about $500-$600 dollars on top of a drive to the dealer and long wait. I called Prestige and magic happened. Tony answered, listened to the issue, immediately indicated he had the spare fob, said he could do it that day at my house and it would be 1/2 the cost of the dealership. He showed up early, was friendly, professional, and had the replacement fob programmed and laser key cut key made in 15 minutes. And at half the price. WOW. Prestige and Tony are awesome. I would not go anywhere else but Prestige.
